Exhibit A: We are all about driving vacations lately.

Last month, we flew out to Montreal, then drove up to Quebec City for a day trip.

Absolutely loved it. The old walled city is like a little slice of Europe without the expense of leaving North America.  So charming and picturesque and all the turrets!!! I'm a sucker for turrets. I think it's an English major/princess thing ;)  

Highly recommend Quebec if you are looking for a little old world romance.

DON'T recommend that you dress old world though.

DVF dresses, DVF blouses & tops, DVF clutches---I pack them all on trips.  

The prints always make you look fabulous, feminine and pulled together. The shapes are comfortable and the materials aren't restrictive---they move with you as you get your nerdy tourist on :)

God I miss the days when GG was actually entertaining. Also miss the days when headbands were IT.



ADORE the perfect symphony of the three mixed prints in this outfit.  Look closely they are simply pulled together by the black and white with pops of red. Easy. Now you try :)

Dug out a tiny teeny purse that is a handmedown from my mom. She wore it all the time in the 80s.  Had to SEVERELY edit all the junk I normally carry around. Really liked lightening the load and bananas over the cross shoulder, mini-Chanel look.  

Fave part of the outfit: a little pinkie froggie ring. 

New go-to outfit that is classic, playful and comfortable. A+ to me.

Built the outfit from the bottom up today. Nabbed these flats for $14 at  F21 this weekend. I almost keeled the fuck over when I saw them. They looked just like Stella McCartney cut out nude flats...that cost $600...and are also plastic.

They also look ALOT like nude flats from Chloe, Jimmy Choo and Prada. Run run run and get these shoes.

Love how the print of this DVF top mirrors the scallops.



And don't get me started about this ruffle swearter. I could wear it with a trash bag and look chic. Ugh I get a lady boner just thinking about how amazing it would be with Stella lace. So Olivia.
