The Scene
Spent most of the morning washing dishes, sucking down water and trying to figure out what friend was behind what gift.

Then grabbed a glorious brunch at Comme Ca with my mom

She wouldn't stop raving about Silver Haired Fox and Little Miss MBA. Hint: if you want this cutie's undying love, just chat her up. She's literally that easy.

She was bummed she missed the blogger/styling girls in the second half of the night. Nonetheless she helped me scour stores for Barbie this afternoon.

Peeped feminine dresses

Trenches. Shocking how many of my clients don't own a trench! They are a staple of any chic closet, people!

Colorful accessories

And THE chicest boyfriend blazers at Zara. $79 for the basic black. Under $200 for the sequin dreaminess. It's beginning to look alot like Christmas for a certain Barbie I know.

The Outfit
Diane Von Furstenberg dress

The Accessories
Me&Ro necklace
Fashion District bangle and ring
Chanel bag
Stuart Weitzman sandals
Dior sunglasses

The Grade
Pass

The Commentary

Still reeling from the fabulousness that was last night. Especially my dress.

I wanted to wear it again today. I would seriously wear it every day all day. I imagine it's how brides feel about their wedding dresses.

Sadly, didn't see as many TDF prints on the Spring 2010 DVF runway. Though I wouldn't kick any of them out of bed.

After enjoying so much coverage with last night's maxi felt over exposed in today's mini.

Also felt a little like Camille from NYC Prep. I've seen her wearing today's dress in one of the previews. Did you see the episode with the pushy stylist trying to throw away her DVFs because they were "soooo last season"? Ughs. Camille wasn't having it and neither was I.

Also not believing PC is in any way shape or form straight. That fashion whore is gayer than a summer's day spent with Kathy Griffin in Oz sliding down rainbows.

I just threw up in my mouth. I keep seeing him on the ads and thinking the same thing. Thought my picker was off. Glad you're seeing the same thing.

"Gayer than a summer's day spent with Kathy Griffin in Oz sliding down rainbows" Nice one!

PC is totally gay. Poor Alex. I bet they have a pact that if neither is "married". They marry one another and have lil UES babies.

Love the DVF mini you should have at least given yourself a B, you were hanging there's special exceptions. I think the shoes killed it. Your feet look nekkid.

Hi Diabolina,

I have became quite a regular reader of your blog; it's sweet, funny, and I love the fashion commentary. I noticed the hello kitty toaster in one of the above pics; because I am a major hello kitty lover, as well as a total fashion whore, I felt compelled to comment.

A for the outfit today. Chic, cute, and prefect for brunch!

Totally cute dress. I think Camille's stylist was trying to keep those dresses for herself.

Trenches are great. I'm hoping my designing friend Christian has one of his denim trenchcoats left for me. I've sold two to friends. They look like "international women of casual mystery" in them. I want that look too!
