Though I loved the one-shoulder look on OP (which is incredibly rare for me, and a testament to you opening my eyes to different cuts and such), I think her black tights with black shoes is too clunky for the delicate nature of the ruffled dress. I like that you paired your ruffle-goodness with bare legs, which lets the dress stand out.
I will bitchslap any "social" who would dare to compare herself to you. You're way ahead.
This isn't even close, given how much I love you and how much I hate her.

I think you wore it better. I didn't like the soft elegance of her dress with the leggings. I think it cheapened it. A woman's legs, like yours, can be so beautiful--they're almost an accessory in-and-of themselves.
