A-fucking-dore the brushstroke print of this skirt. Reminds me a designer print from a few years back. Haven't worn it much because the flared, pleated shape isn't the best on my hippy hips. I tend to not pay as close attention to fit when the price tag is under $20 and the print is this delish. I'm a problem that way.
But I was feeling delusional and hip-less the other day so I put it on. Haven't gotten so many compliments in a while. Apparently a great print outweighs a not-so-great fit for everyone.
In a moment of inspired print mixing, I paired the skirt with a kind of animal print. Loved the unusual and unique effect. Added the neutral wedges and the Chanel bag to tone things down and simultaneously class things up. And voila: girly, flirty, hippy, fashiony fun.
