The Commentary

Mr. Diabolina's buddy from high school hosted an afternoon at the races today. Gorgeous day after a night of rain. A bit challenging to pull together a pony-watching-keeping-warm-looking-hot-for-my-boo-and-feeling-fabulous-for-myself look. 

Tried to channel the NYFW street chicness I peeped last week: languid layers, sass leggings, sleek boots, haute accessories and a touch of cozy fur. Think it worked. Simple, comfortable and easy look with just a hint of edge.

Best accessory of the day: hair that for once was behaving.

I should've probably worn it up in a PONYtail though...(insert pun-hating groan here.)
