I've been loving turbans since last April. Which means it's only taken the blogosphere and runways 7 months to catch up. Sigh. It's postively exhausting inventing every trend ;)

Sadly other than this lone Forever 21 headband I have had zero luck finding the right turban-y look.

I've been desperate to learn how to fashion my own turban out of all my silk scarves. My mom claimed to know how to do it but when we tried I looked more mess than hot.

Last month I FINALLY figured out the trick thanks to The Glamourai's idiot proof tie your own turban tutorial. I'm the definition of a DIY idiot so, let me tell you, I felt like I'd won the Nobel fucking Peace Prize. I was so happy I ALMOST slept in my Gucci turban. Only reason I didn't was that it gets WARM up in all that fabulousness.

But the following day, I couldn't stop talking about my mad turban skillzzzz. MChu and The Basque Bachelor encouraged my crazy and let me walk them through the tutorial.
In the middle of a brewery. In broad daylight. In Solvang. Not the most high fashion circumstances.
And yet all three of us LOVED the final result.

Your next video needs to be turban 101!
I must learn how to where a turban like you. You look divine.
But of course the Basque Bachelor would rock the turban. Don't know if I'm fashion forward enough to try this...
I dig the look on a guy!
