Dining LA in Gray and Leopard

As an early Valentine's celebration last month, Patti's Piggie took Mr. Diabolina to Craft in Century City.

It wasn't my fault it just happened to be Dine LA so we got all this for $44 each - mwahahahhaha!

To start, Housemade Charcuterie, Salmon Sashimi and Baby Lettuce and Pecorino and Hazelnuts!

California Natural Rib Eye with Cranberry Beans for him and Braised Lamb Shank with Chickpeas and Romesco for me. Market vegetables and assorted mushrooms for both.  The mushrooms alone were seriously worth the price of admission!

And for desserty: Meyer Lemon Sherbet, Chai Pana Cotta with Dates and Asian Pear and Cinnamon Sugar Donuts with a Chocolate Dipping sauce. Solid B+ overall all.

Managed to obscure all the hogging in my new cowl-necked Ann Taylor dress. Found it on sale for $19.99.

Loving how it works with the the current gray trend.

And adore how the lady like shape and length is immensely flattering to my, um, lady like parts.Though the Forever 21 belt I added definitely helps create the illusion of a waist for any of you who think I might be exercising consistently - sigh.

Also a nice touch: the Banana Republic bracelet I got as a gift for Christmas from Mr. D's family.  ADORE!  Reminds me of the Prada Chandelier heels that I'll never get my hands on.  Only 3 are going to be sold in the US.  And one of those  Traina sisters supposedly has two pairs on hold.  What a greedy pig! Reminds me of me when I get my hands on a Dine LA menu.

Luckily I have these leopard beauties to keep me warm at night. They are right on trend and infinitely more versatile.  Loving pairing leopard with stripes and floral lately.  Pictures to come...

The only Spring shoe trend I just can't get down with: clogs.  I just don't get it. Sorry, Karl.  A lady of a certain age has to draw the line somewhere.

Awesome, fun post!! I don't even know where to start. Your dinner looked amazing, I got a bit hung up there on the desserts, might have stared too long, LOL.

The dress looks soooo good on you--you are looking quite skinny! I heart grey.

I love animal prints.

Are you wearing Particuliere on your nails?

I went to your blog today specifically to comment that I am DYING for the return of rating daily outfits. This post has satiated my rancor, but I still want the daily fashion posts back. I miss them!!!! I heart, heart, heart your blog and want more. I know it's causing you great anxiety, but think of all the anxiety that you're causing your followers who know about spring trends because they can't stomach fashion coming anywhere but you. Come back Diabolina! Come back!

You look gorgeous in grey.

Thank you for speaking out against clogs.I keep staring at them, trying to convince myself that they don't look ugly and uncomfortable...but they do. I just don't get it, and I'm glad I am not the only one.

I've heard of bitches buying up multiples just so no one else can have them.
