The Scene
Today I was minding my own business when Mr. Diabolina felt the need to tell me that it's time to get the Brazilian Blowout done again. Soon. He even YANKED at one of the curls coming in to prove his point. Ugh that lawyer.

It was a glimpse into Joe Jackson berating an adolescent Afro-sporting Micheal. No, I am NOT being dramatic.

Mr. D better be careful or else he's going to give me a complex. And we all know what that means: he gets nada in the will.

The Outfit
Thrifted wrap sweater
Marc by Marc Jacobs skirt

The Accessories
Anthropologie necklace
Henri Bendel headband
Me&Ro earrings
Fashion District bangle
Chanel bag and shoes

The Grade

The Commentary

Built the outfit around the floral print skirt

Love how all the blond tiny fashionistas rock simple florals so chicly in summer.

Not sure how it doesn't read Little House on the Prairie. Might have something to do with the bags and the shoes. They are not very Pioneer-looking.

Currently loving how Dolce and Gabbana transitioned spring rosettes into the fall floral brocades.

Love love love this look.

Looks like something Blair might wear this season.

We know how much a queen loves florals.

Especially when the shape is a bit retro.

Halter neckline: check. Flared skirt: check. And nipped in waist: check.

Like me she picks up the richest color in the floral print.

And NEWSFLASH: looks like Blair's hair isn't always going to be pin straight this season.

Take that Joe, I mean Mr. D.

You look adorable! I love the floral printed skirt - and if my BF actually let me watch Gossip Girl I would totally be checking out everyone's outfit... LOL

I had a dream last night that I was attending a board meeting to decide whether or not I should get a Brazilian Blowout - chief speaker in favor of said action? Diabolina! Clearly, I am spending too much time reading your blog...your hair looks gorgeous either way, but less hassling with your fro equals more time for blogging which keeps your readers happy :)
